Toque policy

Accessibility

Toque's accessibility goals, current measures, known limits, and how to report a barrier.

Effective August 2, 2026

Toque aims to make its public pages and core workflows usable by people with disabilities. The current product is being evaluated against WCAG 2.2 Level AA; this statement is a goal and progress report, not a claim of full conformance.

Measures in the product

Known limits

Toque opens third-party websites, apps, retailer experiences, Apple Shortcuts, Android intents, and physical NFC or QR interactions. Their accessibility can differ by provider, operating system, device, browser, tag placement, and assistive technology. Toque does not control those external interfaces.

Some advanced creator and developer-console workflows are still being reviewed for keyboard order, small text, status announcements, and mobile layout. The core public and Studio navigation is being improved first.

Using Toque with assistive technology

Use the skip link to move directly to main content on public pages. In Studio, use the main navigation landmarks and page headings to move between Stickers, Replenishment, Connected Apps, Activity, and Settings. If an NFC interaction is not practical, use the same printed QR code or open the sticker's Toque link in a browser.

Feedback and accommodation requests

If you encounter a barrier, reply through the channel that delivered your Toque invitation or account communication. Include the page or sticker action, what you expected, the device and browser, and any assistive technology you used. Do not include passwords or provider tokens.

Signed-in users can also start from Studio settings. Toque will make a reasonable effort to provide the information or workflow in an accessible alternative while a reported barrier is addressed.
