Web NFC writing is Android + Chromium only — Safari has no Web NFC, so no browser on iPhone can write a tag. On iPhone, copy the URL into an NFC writing app, or use a sticker that arrives already written. Everywhere else, the QR works (print or screenshot it). Raw NFC utilities — memory, lock, password — need a native app by platform design.
